San Bernardino hit-and-run collision proves fatal

Daniel Lugo, 80, was killed in a car accident San Bernardino, after he was hit by a vehicle while walking on the outer Highway 18 near Tao Road in Apple Valley. According to a news story in the San Bernardino County Sun, the fatal pedestrian accident took place the night of 18 September 2010.
